No. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first. Use our Remove PDF Password tool if you have the password, then merge the unlocked versions.
Hyperlinks within pages are preserved. Document-level bookmarks may not transfer due to PDF-lib library limitations. Internal page references will work if pages stay in sequence.
