How to use Sign PDF
1. Upload the PDF to sign
Click or drag your PDF into the Sign PDF tool. The document opens in your browser for signing — it is never uploaded to a server.
2. Create your signature
Choose to draw your signature with mouse or finger, type it in a cursive font, or upload a PNG image of your handwritten signature.
3. Place the signature on the document
Drag your signature to the correct location on the page. Resize it as needed. You can add multiple signature instances if required.
4. Download the signed PDF
Click Download to save the signed PDF. The signature is permanently embedded in the document.
