How do I merge odd and even pages into one PDF?
Add the PDF of front pages (1, 3, 5...) and the PDF of back pages (2, 4, 6...), check the preview, and download. Each back is placed straight after its front, so the result reads in order. It all runs in your browser.
My scanner only scans one side. How do I get a double-sided PDF?
Scan every front, turn the whole stack over and scan every back. Then add both scans here. Because flipping the stack puts the last sheet on top, the backs come out in reverse, and the tool reverses them for you by default.
Can I interleave pages from two PDFs?
Yes. The result takes page 1 of the first file, then a page of the second, then page 2 of the first, and so on. Tick or untick "reverse order" depending on whether the second file runs backwards.
What if I have one more front page than back pages?
That usually means the last sheet had a blank back that was not scanned, and the merged PDF simply ends on that front. If the counts differ by more than one, a page is missing from one of the scans, so the tool stops and tells you rather than pairing pages wrongly.
